  I visit here at least twice a month, food is always hot and tastes great. Generally takes less then 2 minutes to be seated and 5-8 minutes after an order to get our food, which is reasonable if you consider it has to be cooked, food isn't simply 'instantly hot'. Service is awesome and I've rarely had that "food in mouth, waiting asks a question" situation here. I've personally never seen the dining rooms or restrooms dirty and the managers are friendly and personable.
  I will say if you come during lunch rush with a party of 30+ people ordering all kinds of random substitutions on things, any restaurants going to take a little longer to get your food to you, but this place always gets it to you in a reasonable time if you have a little patience.
